Beau Lake is seeking a long-term partnership with Grobl to significantly elevate its brand representation, optimize delivery processes, and drive substantial sales growth. Through in-depth discussions, the team identified the need to redefine website elements to build authority and trust, engage customers earlier in the sales funnel, and overcome challenges related to budget constraints and technical skills for website improvements. They aim to implement effective solutions that balance performance-driven results with budget management, focusing on storytelling for e-commerce transactions, customer nurturing strategies, and optimizing the customer journey.

Beau Lake faces the challenge of increasing their online website sales, necessitating the optimization of user experience, enhancement of digital marketing efforts, and refinement of their sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates.

The Solution

To meet their strategic goals, Beau Lake and Grobl should collaborate on a two-phase strategic plan that includes a comprehensive website update to the existing Shopify theme or a site transfer to a new theme to enhance authority and trust, leveraging storytelling to engage customers emotionally. They should develop advanced customer engagement strategies to attract potential customers early in their journey, utilizing high-quality content and comprehensive sales funnel mapping to optimize touchpoints and drive conversions. Prioritizing key website enhancements that offer the highest ROI and integrating Grobl's expertise will be crucial. Establishing clear performance metrics will ensure that efforts are aligned with strategic business objectives and deliver significant, measurable results. This comprehensive approach will enable Beau Lake and Grobl to enhance brand representation, optimize delivery processes, and drive substantial sales growth.

Phase 1: Fix the Foundation

Onboarding

Discovery: Gather initial requirements, understand client objectives, identify key stakeholders, and assess current capabilities.

Resource Allocation and Account Setup: Allocate necessary resources, set up user accounts and permissions, configure tools and platforms, and establish communication channels.

Meta Ad Campaigns

Campaign Review: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current campaign performance, including audience insights, ad effectiveness, and competitive benchmarks.

Optimization: Diversify ad types, replace low-performing ads, optimize budgets, and restructure campaigns for better budget use and efficiency.

Management: Monitor daily, update creatives, adjust bids based on conversions, manage audiences, and provide regular updates.

Creative Consultation: Create content strategies, recommend visuals and copy, ensure brand consistency, and gather feedback.

Performance Insights: Analyze data, track KPIs, identify trends, and deliver reports with recommendations.

Plan and Review Meetings: Conduct regular check-ins, and strategy sessions, and integrate client feedback

Consulting

Strategic Planning, Review, and Consulting on All Other Marketing Initiatives: Develop and review strategic plans, provide consulting on various marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Creative Direction: Offer guidance on creative direction, including the development of visuals and copy, to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all marketing materials.

Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors to coordinate efforts, ensure quality deliverables, and maintain effective communication throughout the project.

Consulting will be on an as-needed basis, billed by the hour until we determine how much of our resources need to be consistently allocated to the scope of work.

Website Option 1 - Utilize a New Theme

Theme Selection: Research and select a new theme that includes the required sections and features

Content Migration: Transfer all existing content, products, and settings from the old theme to the new theme

Customization and Configuration: Customize the new theme to align with the client's branding and preferences.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure all elements function correctly and the site performs well

Integration and Deployment: Integrate the custom sections and layout changes into the existing theme and deploy them to the live site

Training and Handover: Provide training to the client on using the new theme and offer support during the transition period

Website Option 2 - Update Existing Theme

Assessment and Planning: Evaluate the current theme to identify missing sections and functionality requirements

Layout Changes: Implement layout changes to the home page, collections page, and product detail pages (PDP)

Custom Section Development: Design and develop custom sections

Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure all elements function correctly and the site performs well

Integration and Deployment: Integrate the custom sections and layout changes into the existing theme and deploy them to the live site
